Once both parties are satisfied with the product details, we will proceed with your order. To initiate the order process, we require certain information to create an account for you. You can provide this information by emailing us at sales@allthingsdecor.co.uk. The details we need include your full name, business name (if applicable), email, phone number, desired quantity, preferred colour, and whether the product is for interior or exterior use. Additionally, we will require your billing and delivery address.

Upon receiving the necessary details from you, we will process your order. Generally, our standard processing time is 14-21 working days. However, if you need your order sooner, we offer a priority order service that processes orders within 5 working days.
